Founded by Col Arvind Kumar (Retd.), a senior Indian Army veteran, the company is built on the principles of discipline, preparedness, integrity, and professional excellence.
With decades of experience in military operations, leadership, crisis handling, and strategic security planning, Col Arvind Kumar identified a growing need for integrated security solutions that go beyond conventional guarding services. His exposure to high-risk operational environments, sensitive installations, and crisis situations highlighted the importance of anticipation, training, and coordinated response elements often missing in traditional security setups. During his Army service, he was associated with the Indian Cybercrime Coordination Centre(I4C), Ministry of Home Affairs, where he played an active role in national-level Cyber Commando training, an initiative of the Hon’ble Prime Minister’s vision of a safe and secure digital India. He was involved in handling and promoting citizen-centric cyber awareness programs, contributing to large-scale outreach, awareness campaigns, and stakeholder engagement across government, academia, and industry.
Inspired by this realization, Sharva Smart Security Solutions, was established to deliver end-to-end security solutions, combining physical security, human intelligence, technology, and cyber resilience under one professional framework.
